The American Association for Justice’s 2023 Annual Convention will be held at The Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Registration kiosks will be available in the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The registration hours are as follows:

Friday, July 14: 2:00 pm-6:00 pm
Saturday, July 15 – Monday, July 17:     7:30 pm-6:00 pm
Tuesday, July 18: 7:30 am-11:00 am

The Exhibit Hall will be in the Hall A of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

The Exhibit Hall Hours are as follows:
Saturday, July 15 – Monday, July 17:   8:00 am-3:00 pm

Attending an AAJ Convention is an exclusive benefit provided only to the following AAJ member types and their guest: Regular, Sustaining, President’s Club, Life, Paralegal Affiliates, Government, Military, Retired, Law Students, Law Graduates, and Law Professors. Judges as well a State and Provincial Trial Lawyers Association Directors and their Staff are welcome.

Housing is available for AAJ members attending the convention. To register for housing, please go to: AAJ 2023 Annual Convention Housing

CLE kiosks within the registration area at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

The app for the Convention will be available for download approximately one week prior to convention. You will receive an email prior, containing the download instructions along with your login and password to access the app.

You have until July 11, 2023, to register by phone or fax, but you can register throughout the convention online until July 18, 2023.

AAJ is continuously looking for new, energetic speakers to share their knowledge and skills with the AAJ community. More information on serving as a CLE speaker can be found online at https://www.justice.org/what-we-do/enhance-practice-law/aaj-education/speaking-opportunities.

Yes, you can transfer your registration. The person must be a member of AAJ and an eligible member type to attend convention. Please email conventioncancellation@justice.org and be sure to include the new registrants name and contact information.

All Cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAJ at CONVENTIONCANCELLATION@JUSTICE.ORG.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAJ. Cancellations received by May 12, 2023, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between May 13 and June 16, 2023, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After June 16, 2023, requests for refunds will not be honored. Please email your cancellation request to conventioncancellation@justice.org.

AAJ will not cancel your hotel reservation, you must do that directly with OnPeak at AAJ@ONPEAKEVENTS.COM. After the housing cut-off, you will need to contact the hotel.

A Youth Hospitality Suite will be available at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown from Friday, July 14-Monday, July 17, and all arrangements will need to be made directly with Tots on The Spot at https://www.totsonthespot.com/aaj-annual-convention.htm.

The dress code for the Annual Convention is Business Causal for AAJ functions.

The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about 22 minutes from both the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, and the Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City; and Amtrack’s 30th Street station is about 2 miles to both hotels.

Yes, there will be WIFI at the convention. The information will be provided onsite upon check-in.

No, AAJ does not sell or share registrant email addresses or phone numbers to third parties for any purposes. Emails from sponsors and exhibitors sent to registrants are sent by AAJ.
