Hotel Amenities: Rooftop Pool, Luxury Spa, 24-Hour Fitness Center, Free Wi-Fi for hotel guests, on-site restaurants and bars Pets Policy: Pets under 25lbs are welcome at Omni Nashville with the following conditions: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.00 is paid upon check-in. Pets are not permitted in the pool area or in the dining outlets. Parking:
Overnight valet parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available for $55 plus tax, per day/per vehicle.

Self-parking is available at the Music City Center garage adjacent to the hotel for $35+ tax per day. The garage entrance is on Sixth Avenue between Korean Veterans Boulevard and Demonbreun. Inform the Front Desk upon check-in for further instruction.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

CASH PAYING GUESTS

Guests paying in cash must pay their room charges in full with an additional $100 per day deposit at time of check-in.

DEBIT CARD POLICY

The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $100 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to process this back to your account. We accept a maximum of three reservations under one name and credit card. Separate names and credit cards are required for anything more than three reservations.
